often do your price's change? |

Price's change quite frequently
in the IT game, that is why it is very important to confirm
price's before ordering goods from any online company. We
have a policy of quoting first, so if you place an order we will
first confirm the price with you, that way you know exactly what
you will be paying! |

long do I have to wait before I get my order? |

Since we don't keep stock at our
premises, the goods will only arrive at our premises after 48
hours!
NB: Please note that stock
will only be ordered once payment has been confirmed |

buy larger quantities of stock, will you arrange a discount? |

We will definitely look into it
for you, it does how ever depend on the price and quantity that

How to
pay for your order |

Cash can be paid only for those
orders not exceeding R500.00, anything above that can be paid
either by direct bank transfer ( done from your bank) or EFT via
your internet banking facility. Those are the only forms
of payment we will accept, we have a striclty NO cheque policy! |

Do you
deliver? |

No not normally, we will how
ever make an exception if your delivery address is in close
proximity to our office, phone and confirm! We can how ever
arrange for a courier company to deliver to you at your
expense! |

How
long does it take for delivery? |

If you have arranged with us to
make delivery to you, normally it can be anywhere from 1-3
day's. All good's going via courier company, will have to be
confirmed with those company's! |

Can I
collect? |

Yes you can collect directly
from our premises, provided
payment has been made and verified
by our bank! |

Why
cant I collect the same day? |
A |
We do not keep any stock on the
premises, we collect it direct from the supplier's, that way you
are assured it hasn't been laying around in our store room
collecting dust! |

I
bought the wrong thing, what do I do? |

Our suppliers charge a 15%
handling fee at the current price for all goods being returned
48 hours after original purchase date, provided goods are in a
resalable condition.
A 20% Handling fee will be charged on goods returned without
original packaging!
PLEASE NOTE: NO CREDIT WILL
BE ISSUED IF THE GOODS ARE RETURNED AFTER 48 HOURS
